About
Artisanal Restoration is the one-man company of master carpenter and cabinetmaker Randall Basti, and specializes in the restoration, renovation, and maintenance of historic homes in the Middle Tennessee area.
Randall has been woodworking since high school and has over three decades of professional experience in carpentry and adjacent trades. After a 5-year detour working at American Express as a product manager in the corporate services division, where he gained valuable experience in management, administration, and business operations, he opened Artisanal Restoration and has spent 18 successful years serving historic homes—originally in Central New Jersey and now in Middle Tennessee.

We specialize in the renovation and restoration of historic homes, restoration of antique furniture, and in custom-built furniture and cabinetry, but offer many other carpentry and home improvement services. For a full list of services, see our Services page.
